אדריכל ערי גושן הינו אחד מהאדריכלים המובילים בישראל. משרדו אחראי למספר רב של פרוייקטים מכל תחומי התכנון והעיצוב. בין הבניינים הידועים ביותר של המשרד, נמנים תחנת רכבת השלום ובית הבורסה לניירות ערך החדש, שניהם בתל אביב. המשרד ידוע בתכנון המקיף, בבקרה ההדוקה על מהלך התכנון והבנייה ובאיכות הגבוה של המבנים על כל פרטיהם.
אדריכל גושן כותב בקביעות בעיתונות הכללית והמקצועית, בניסיון להנגיש נושאים מקצועיים לציבור הרחב. כמו כן כיהן, בהתנדבות, במספר וועדות מקצועיות ציבוריות חשובות. במשך שנים רבות שימש גם כיו"ר הוועדה לחקיקה ורישוי של ארגון המהנדסים והאדריכלים העצמאיים בישראל. ככזה עסק, בהתנדבות, בייצוג הציבור המקצועי הזה בפני וועדות הכנסת וגופים נוספים. שימש כשופט בתחרות אות העיצוב הישראלי.
משמש כיו"ר וועדת ההיגוי של החוג החדש לעיצוב פנים, מבנה וסביבה בשנקר. בחוג זה עסק, בין היתר, בפיתוח קשרים ושיתופי פעולה עם התעשייה בארץ ובחו"ל.
לאחר שרכש חווה מהמאה ה-13 ליד לוקה, בטוסקנה שבאיטליה, עוסק אדריכל גושן גם בעיצוב מוצרים עבור חברות איטלקיות. ביניהן התפרסמו כאלה עבור החברות FANTONI ו-VALLI&VALLI. הדלת "אסה", המיוצרת על ידי חברת "לואלדי"ממילנו, זכתה גם בציון מיוחד על-ידי ה "COMPASSO D"ORO "וכן להצלחה מסחרית רבה.
Architect Goshen is one of Israel’s leading architects. His practice is responsible for numerous major projects, covering almost every aspect of planning and design.
Among the better-known buildings are the Hashalon railway station and the new Stock exchange, both in Tel Aviv. The practice is well known for its comprehensive design, tight control and excellence of details and execution.
Architect Goshen writes regularly in Israeli papers and professional magazines and sits at various professional and public committees.
For many year he chaired the committee for legislation of the Israeli engineers and architects associations, representing them at the Israeli parliament and other public institutions.
At the last few years architect Goshen has returned to teaching, and is the chairman of the steering committee for a new department at Shenkar School of Design and Engineering. He also developed strong ties between the school and the local and international industries.
After buying an 13th century estate near Lucca, he is currently working with a few Italian companies developing products designed by him. His designs, for Fantoni, Valli&Valli and other companies became well known in the trade.
Among those, the “Esse” door, being manufactured by LualdiPorte, has won also the Segnalazione d’onore of Compass d’Oro, and became both successful commercially and most appreciated professionally.
