הפרויקט מהווה דוגמא להתחדשות עירונית ועירוב שימושים, עם התייחסות נרחבת למרחב הציבורי. על מפגש ציר הרכבת הקלה ו"חורשת הנופלים", ארבעה מגדלים בני 36 קומות מתנשאים מעל שטחי מסחר ותעסוקה, גני ילדים, מבני ציבור ושטחים פתוחים, מייצרים מתחם שוקק חיים לאורך העורק המרכזי של דרום בת ים.
מעבר לעיצוב האורבני, הפרויקט מייצר חללים סמי ציבוריים, כגון גג מגונן כחזית חמישית וחללים פרטיים מודרניים ומגוונים.
Bat-Yam 'MOMENT' is an urban renewal and mixed use project which pays great attention to the creation of public space. Four 35-story buildings tower above commercial and office areas, kindergartens, public functions, all at the intersection of the light rail and Hanofim Grove. A lively complex of built up and open spaces create new life along the main road of South Bat Yam. Apart from the pedestrian level spaces , the project offers semi-public areas such as roof gardens and diverse private spaces.
